1. Fill out the Shopping Cart at the bottom of the page, including your loved one’s name, branch of service and date of death.
2. Choose the color of finish you would prefer for the Certificate Frame. If you are purchasing the frame along with a flag case, we would recommend choosing the same finish for both items, for a more attractive display.
3. Thompson Monuments will take it from there...
We will ship your display items to you directly. At the same time we will place a request for your loved one’s Presidential Memorial Certificate with the Federal Government. You should receive a certificate signed by the President of the United States by mail delivery in 4-7 weeks.
